UNITED & HOLLAND WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY

United & Holland Mattress Company offers this warranty for a term of up to 15 years depending on the model of bed chosen (excluding the transportation costs, quilted cover, and optional customer requested modifications performed on original purchased product after point of sale). Purchaser is responsible for verification of purchase date, purchase location, and purchase price to obtain service with this warranty. Warranty is valid for original purchaser only. If product is found to be structurally defective, materials and labor will be at no cost to the original purchaser. The costs for future modifications or design changes for different technologies existing or non-existing at the time of purchase will be at a nominal charge for new materials, labor, and transportation costs. Manufacturer reserves the right to substitute construction materials of equal or greater value in the repair of this product. When product is found on inspection to be soiled, stained, or in an unsanitary condition, or when product failure is due to causes other than defective materials, United & Holland Mattress Co. reserves the right to refuse service completely. Never bend, fold, or allow children to jump on your mattress as this will cause damages to the innerspring unit of your new mattress which will not be considered under this warranty to be the fault of materials used or workmanship performed during time of construction.

Congratulations on the purchase of your new mattress set from United & Holland Mattress Co. By observing the following points you will enjoy many years of good performance from your new bed! Proper Frame: A high quality bed frame is crucial to ensuring the longevity of your new purchase. A frame with a rigid center support is recommended for all queen and king size beds. The center support should have at least a fifth leg that reaches the floor. Using our mattress with a foundation or box spring manufactured by another company will void your warranty. Our mattresses are specifically engineered to be used in combination with the appropriate box springs or foundation to ensure your maximum performance.

Comfort Guarantees: Please take plenty of time when selecting your mattress. United & Holland Mattress Co. does not accept warranty claims arising from dissatisfaction with the comfort level (firmness or softness) of a particular model. We strongly encourage you to try several models in the store where you purchase your mattress to find the comfort level that is right for you. If you are sharing a bed make certain that both parties lie on the mattress in the store before you make you final selection.

Packing and Leveling: The sleeping surface of your new mattress needs to be compressed evenly on as much of the entire surface as possible. This can be easily done by rotating your mattress from the head to foot positions during the first 90 days of use. Turn your mattress around end to end (not over) changing position of head to foot. To continue proper maintenance after the first six months alternate the above turning procedures every three months for the life of your bed. Note: on flip model mattress, please make sure to alternate turning procedures. Make sure to turn mattress completely over for three months and then turn head to foot for three months, repeating this pattern every three months.

Body Impressions: Slight body impressions will appear with use. As with a good pair of shoes, a mattress goes through a packing and leveling break-in period. This is not indicative of structural failure. This is a normal process. The mattress begins conforming and adjusting to your body at specific compression points according to your normal sleeping patterns impressed during use. By packing and leveling your mattress as described above the impressions will equalize over the entire surface of your new mattress. All body impressions of more than one and a half inches are considered severe body impressions, and are covered by this warranty.

RETURN POLICY:
We strive to work with the customer to pick out the best fit for their individual needs. Occasionally after a time of consideration the customer would want to upgrade to a different option. Our return policy states that the returned mattress appearance should be in like new condition. Soiled and unsanitary conditions will not be considered for return. During the first 30 days the customer will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Transportation fees will apply. We suggest when buying your new bed, to purchase a mattress protector to ensure that your mattress stays looking like new longer.
